Individual Counseling Session

Service Description

Evolve Counseling & Consulting strives to offer women a supportive place to explore, and heal. The first session, and occasionally the second session, will be spent exploring what brings you into counseling, and how the therapist can best support you. It is recommend that individual sessions be held once a week for 45 minutes. It may be helpful for you to come to session with something you would like to explore or process. Individual counseling can help clients gain a better understanding and awareness of themselves, their experiences and the impact these experiences have had on you.
