Mental Health Assessment-required

Service Description

An intake assessment is the first step in the counseling journey. A variety of assessments such as: a comprehensive Biopsychosocial assessment, diagnostic assessments for mental health illnesses and disorders and cognitive functioning assessments such as the Mental Status Exam will be administreted to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning as needed.
